Where do I park?
We have a parking lot located at the corner of Prindle Street and Spruce Avenue.
We also have street parking and another small parking lot behind the church with
handicap accessibility.
What are the Service Times of East Side?
Sunday School is at 9:15 am on Sundays. Worship is at 10:30 am on Sundays. From
the first Sunday in June to the first Sunday in September, worship is at 9:00 am on Sundays and there is no Sunday School.
How should I dress?
Please dress comfortably. Some wear their "Sunday best", but many people wear more
casual clothes. Don't worry about what you wear. Just come prepared to worship God
and spend time with His people.
Are classes provided for my children?
Our church focuses on providing a safe environment for all children, where they
can learn about the Lord and His Word. As such, all our teachers are fully screened
and trained to provide a loving and secure environment. We have Sunday School classes
for both children and adults. During the worship service, we provide nursery care,
as well as junior church for children up through sixth grade. Please note that during
the summer months, nursery care will be provided, but junior church will not be.
What happens during a worship service?
Every Sunday morning service includes a time of worship through singing, (hymns
and praise songs,) prayer, sharing in the Lord's Supper, Scripture reading, and
teaching from the Bible. If you don't have a Bible, one will be available in the
pew rack in front of you. You don't need to be a member of East Side to share in
the Lord's Supper; anyone who has repented of their sins and placed their faith
in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior is welcome.
Can I listen to a recent sermon?
Yes, visit our Sermons page for both current and previous
sermon text and audio.
